Here are a few important home buying questions that she recommends
you have
answered before you proceed to even consider a purchase.
-
Home Features? | Understand in advance what personal features are most important to you, i.e., the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, stairs/no stairs, type/size of kitchen, size, and any special features like a garden, a fireplace, a yard or a garage.
-
New or Existing Construction? | Determine what type of construction you favor most, i.e., newly constructed house or a house that has been lived in before.
-
Location, Location, Location? | Let Dee know what you want to live near or within a certain amount of driving time, i.e., a specific school, place of employment, shopping, entertainment, kid-friendly neighborhood, or public transportation. In case you don't already know, Dee can provide you with a personal opinion on schools, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
-
Home Condition? | Although extremely-experienced in all aspects of home construction, Dee highly recommends home inspections before considering a purchase. Are you handy and looking for a good value or a home that is in good repair and will remain that way for some time? Dee can fine-tune her search for your perfect property with detailed information on your interest to fixer-up or live-in as is.
